Aventura Singani

About

La Historia

Singani has a rich history dating back centuries in Bolivia. It originated from Spanish colonial times when grapevines were introduced to the region. Over time, local farmers in the high-altitude Andean valleys refined the production techniques, resulting in the creation of Singani. Today, it holds the status of Bolivia’s national spirit and continues to be cherished for its unique flavor and cultural significance.

Muscat of Alexandria

One of the oldest genetically unmodified vines still in existence originated around the great city of Alexandria. Were first brought to Bolivia in the 16th century by Spanish colonists. These special grapes undergo a remarkable transformation at higher altitudes which makes them the prized choice for producing Singani.

Cinti Valley

Camargo, Cinti Valley. Known as the land of sun and wine. The high-altitude vineyards, coupled with intense UV rays and significant temperature changes during the 24hour cycle influence the grapes’ flavor complexity. These conditions contribute to the development of thicker skins, enriching the grapes’ aroma and taste profile.

Bodega San Remo

Bodega San Remo stands as the oldest winery in Cinti Valley, owned by the Buitrago family. The winery boasts a legacy of generations dedicated to crafting Singani and wines. Rooted in their passion for preserving Bolivia’s traditions and rich heritage, they offer a collection of Singani that captures the essence of what we want the world to experience.
